Sung Lingun
Chief Executive Officer & Creative Director

Lingun is Peach Blossom Media’s founder and CEO. Lingun has directed and produced award-winning television programs in Indonesia and Singapore. He won the Star Award for Best Sitcom of the Year for the show School Days. His recent credits include Tomato Twins, Quiet Mind (which was nominated for Best Lifestyle Series & Best Direction at Canada Leo Award 2004), Taoshu, Shin Shin, Bruise Black which are sold to Disney USA, Nickelodeon Asia, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Middle East, CCTV and Hong Kong TV in 26 territories; and many current and new co-productions with internationally renowned producers and directors. Lingun has been invited to speak at conferences such as the Asian Television Forum, Animation Asia, and Media Convergence CEO Roundtable. Lingun was identified as 1 of the Key Movers of 2005 in Business Times report on 7.1.2005. Lingun holds a Fine Arts degree from the University of Washington and enjoys making omelettes in his spare time.

Simon Littlewood
Non-Executive Chairman

Simon was appointed CEO of London Asia in May 2002, and has been responsible for turning the business into an Asia focused investment group. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand London (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers), specialising in high growth companies, he joined the structured and corporate finance division of the HSBC Group in London. Following a spell in BDO Stoy Hayward’s corporate finance team, advising on AIM flotations, mergers and acquisitions and fund raisings, he left to set up the Temima Group, an Asian focused investment and corporate finance business. He has experience of working on quoted company transactions and fund raisings in the UK, Germany, the US, Israel and Singapore. Simon is based in London and responsible for London Asia’s operations in Europe. He is a director of UK AIM listed Europasia Education plc, one of LAC's investments, and a director of several private companies in the UK and overseas.

Victor Ng
Non-Executive Director & Chairman Audit Committee

Victor Ng, Executive Director of AIM-listed London Asia Capital plc with overall responsibility for the group’s operations in the Asia Pacific, has over 20 years of senior management and investment banking experience. He is currently rolling out London Asia’s strategic initiatives in the renewable energy, fund management and financial services sectors in China. A former principal and director with KPMG Singapore and later General Manager (Sales) with JM Sassoon Co. Pte Ltd, Victor has funded, advised and launched numerous business start-ups as well as late-stage companies including several which were subsequently listed in Singapore, Malaysia, New York and London. Some of the more recent IPOs include Asia Water, a Chinese water & waste business which floated in Singapore in March 2005 where he is a director, and Devotion Technology, a Chinese thermal equipment business which floated on Singapore’s Main Board in August 2003, where he is Chairman. A Singapore citizen, he was awarded the PBM (a public community service medal) by the President of Singapore in 1992. Victor sat on the Resource panels of Singapore Parliamentary Committee (Defence & Foreign Affairs) and Singapore Parliamentary Committee (National Development), and was a Council Member of the Singapore Transport Council. In September 2004 Victor was appointed a Member of the Board of Trustees of Majulah Connection, a non governmental organisation (NGO) chaired by Singapore’s former Finance Minister Dr Richard Hu.

Hugo baron Huyssen van Kattendijke
Non-Executive Director

Hugo is the Managing Director of NIB Capital Bank Ltd. He joined NIB Capital Bank Ltd of Singapore in 1998. He is responsible for the banking activities (merchant banking, including project & asset financing) of NIB Capital Bank N.V.in Asia. In this capacity he was also involved with Private Equity investments of NIB Capital Group in Asia. Before joining NIB Capital he worked for 24 years with Royal Vopak (formerly Royal Van Ommeren) starting as a corporate lawyer and later held wide-ranging senior managerial positions in shipping, distribution and international trade in countries in Europe , Middle East and Asia . In his last position held at Royal Vopak he was Regional Managing Director for Australasia from 1994 to 1998 with numerous joint venture companies throughout Australasia reporting to him. His strength lies in restructuring businesses and bringing them up to a profitable status . Mr van Kattendijke holds a Master degree in civil law of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Andy Quak Ser-Khoon
Non-Executive Director

Andy is Managing Director of ACE Investment Management Pte Ltd & Deputy Chairman of W3 Infocomm Group Pte Ltd, an investment company with portfolio of 8 investee companies. Andy has acquired, built and led several infocomm and media investments since 2000, 3 of which were later invested respectively by Singtel Group, ST Electronics Group, and Gemplus and EDB. As Regional Vice President of Mitsui Oil Asia Pte Ltd, a US$9b oil trader, from 1995 to 1999, Andy also sat on its four-member Tokyo investment committee for downstream oil and gas. He headed the investment and planning department reporting to the CEO and board director of listed Singapore Petroleum Company from 1992 to 1995. He held key positions as director and board secretary of the Construction Industry Development Board, Singapore from 1988 to 1992. He led Singapore EDB-CIDB-SCAL mission to Japan in 1990. From 1990 to 1992 Andy was Deputy Chairman of Building Construction Industry Practice Committee, which supervised 17 national code committees; and a member of the JTC R&D Advisory Committee from 1991 to 1993. He was Council Member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) from 1991 to 1995, its Assistant Honorary Secretary, and later became a Fellow of IES in 1997. Andy graduated with First Class Honours in Engineering Science from Oxford University, England in 1980 and is a Registered Professional Engineer. He holds an MSc and MBA from the National University of Singapore and wrote a book "Marketing Abroad" which is currently being used for the MSc Programme at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
